- In 2002, after about 9 months of hard work I had went from 380 lbs down to 260 lbs. Then “stuff happened” and I gained it back, plus a lot more.
- Around 2012, I lost about 80 lbs. I got under 400 lbs. Again, “stuff happened” and gained it all back.
- April 2015, got a wake up call. Looked at my past failures, to understand why I had “stuff happen”.
- In addition to working on the mental side of things, I found 2 important dietary changes that have had a profound change in my life.
